NFDA Convention Volunteering

The 2026 National Funeral Directors Association International Convention is happening in Charlotte on October 25-28th. We are looking for volunteers for several aspects of the convention, including but not limited to:

Creating marketing materials & process flows (prior to Oct)
Preparing merchandise & ordering workflow (Sep-Oct)
Packing materials and supplies (Sat, Oct 24)
Booth setup & breakdown (PM of Sun Oct 25 & Wed Oct 28)
Convention booth staffing (12-5pm Mon-Tue, Oct 26-27)
Order fullfillment & followup marketing support (Nov)
